365pkr operates as an online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://365pkr.bio. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the 365pkr platform, collectively constitute the complete agreement between the Player and 365pkr.

By accessing the 365pkr website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any product offered by 365pkr, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 365pkr platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by 365pkr, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player except where 365pkr expressly provides a cash-out facility for the relevant market. The availability of cash-out is at 365pkr's sole discretion and may be suspended at any time.

• 365pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors;
• Bets placed after the commencement of an event using pre-event odds, where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement, will be voided;
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with 365pkr's published rules for that sport;
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at 365pkr's discretion without prior notice;
• 365pkr reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any player account without providing reasons, including but not limited to reducing maximum stake limits or restricting access to specific markets.

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL matches, international cricket, and tennis. Live markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event at 365pkr's discretion. Bets accepted during a brief period of market suspension due to a technical issue may be voided at 365pkr's sole discretion.

• Placing wagers on behalf of other persons who are excluded, banned, or otherwise ineligible to use the platform;

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365pkr's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

365pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery of duplicate accounts held by the same player;

• Voluntary closure requested by the player, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, 365pkr will process the return of any verified, legitimate balance remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to 365pkr, any bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal, and any winnings arising from activity in breach of these terms.
